Brand new French post-punkers, Ugo and the Bad Boys, hit the scene with their first EP, "Ne peut être vendu". Playing up an old-school sound, tuneful melodies enrich the contrasting monotone vocals sung in French. Though more on the minimal rail, Ugo and the Bad Boys sound vaguely similar to The BlackMail and The Cheshire Strangler.
